Class amount due, every fee line paid (registration, PTA, installments), total paid and balance — exactly the SunPlus accounting logic.
How it works
- In the Fee Hub, click the sky-blue “SunPlus Export (Adventist)” button.
- Activate the export once — the school is flagged as Adventist.
- Pick the columns (STID, MINESEC matricule, class, option/series) and the scope: one class or the entire school.
- Download the Excel file — every learner carries their SunPlus S[YEAR]#### ID with amount due, fee lines paid, total paid and balance.
- Upload the file into SunPlus. Done.
