How does the QR code verification work?▾
When the contract is issued, BlingsEdu stores it in a signed record and prints a QR on the physical copy. Is the teacher classified automatically as Hourly or Permanent?▾
Yes. BlingsEdu reads the payroll module. Teachers in Groups A–E are auto-labelled Hourly with their hourly rate; teachers in P1–P6 are auto-labelled Permanent with their monthly salary. The subjects taught, classes taught, streams, CNPS number, matricule and weekly hours are all auto-populated from teacher_assignments — the school never re-types anything.
Why 11 months of validity?▾
Cameroon academic contracts are annual. Setting the validity to 11 months from issuance guarantees a mandatory re-review before every new academic year, blocks silent renewals, and forces the school to re-verify CNPS, salary and performance. When a new contract is issued for the same teacher, the previous one is auto-revoked via database trigger.
What legal protections does the contract carry?▾
